The Brick Farm Tavern

is one of the nation’s precious few venues to offer the delight of real pasture-to-table fine dining.

The experience takes place in a meticulously restored 1800’s farm house, steps away from our working barns & fields.

We present our local sourcing to you not as a concept but as delicious food on your plate.

All aspects of a meal at the Tavern start on our farm.   We are responsible for our animals, our plants, our soil,

Our environment.

We also hope you have fun at the Tavern. Your craft beer should convey the joy of the season. (A brewery is behind the Tavern)

Your drink should be an epiphany of new flavors. (Our cocktail program is serious, yet playful)

Your chef, your server, your sommelier, your farmer, We, are here to make you feel like You

“A local food cycle is the only feasible model for a respectable future”

— The Farmers of the Brick Farm Family

We respect:

  • Our environment & its chance to survive. Our community and opinions of its members (please reach out to us with anything that may be on your mind at reservations@brickfarmgroup.com).

  • Traditional farming methods, which we apply to our acres of local land & bring entirety of the harvest to The Tavern.

  • Traditional and ancient cooking methods, including cooking on open fire, fermenting, smoking and preparing food in its purest farm: raw.

  • Humane practices raising and harvesting our pigs, cattle, sheep, goats, chickens & turkeys.

  • The town where we live, farm and make this food for you.

Things we do not participate in.

  • Greenwashing, Fads, Buzzwords, Misleading Certifications.

  • Commercial farming practices that employ antibiotics, genetically-modified feed, herbicides, pesticides, unfair employment & trade.

  • In our kitchen, we never use industrial food products such as processed seed or vegetable oils, tenderizers, food colors, starters…

  • Long-distance transport of food, excessive use of fossil fuels, unfair trade practices, elitism & unreasonable mark ups.
